Major League Baseball is Back: Here’s a Team to Go Against

We continue to make money for our clients on the horse track and we’re sooo close to cashing in BIG on the PGA Tour we can taste it! It might not be the sports you’re used to betting but the money going into your account and pockets still spends the same!

As predicted in last week’s Bondi Blog, Tiz the Law absolutely toyed with the field in the Belmont Stakes and ran away with the victory. We also had the place horse Dr Post in our three horse mix. Members of Harry’s Horse Racing “Steam Team” were also treated to another winner with Echo Town in the second race at Belmont as we cleared $190 for the day wagering just $20 across the board.

It was our second straight winning Saturday on the track and we will be back at it this Saturday at Churchill Downs when two Breeders’ Cup  prep races will be held. The winner of the Stephen Foster Classic automatically earns a berth into the $6 million Breeders’ Cup Classic while the winner of the Fleur de lis Handicap will be entered into a Breeders’ Cup Challenge Race. Both races will be televised by NBCSN so you can watch and win by getting with us for the day for only $99, or get all of our horses and golf picks through July for just $325

Speaking of golf, for the second straight weekend, we went into Sunday afternoon with a great chance for a huge payday. But our pick to win the tournament at 60-to-1, Abraham Ancer, finished second by 1 stroke, costing us a $3,000 payday on a $50 bet!

Remember, you only have to cash one bet like that to make your whole season as a golf bettor. This week we have three to-win bets in the Travelers Championship, a player to finish in the top 10 at a nice price, and several matchup bets to ensure a winning weekend.  Here’s one of our to-win best bets. Bryson DeChambeau to win at 14-to-1

Bryson put on 25 pounds during the COVID-19 break and has been absolutely crushing the ball. His swing speed is insane and despite the fact that the first two tournaments have not benefited long ball hitters, Dechambeau has finished 3rd and 8th. River Highlands is not Torrey Pines but Bryson should be able to “Release the Kraken” at a venue in which he has finished in the top 10 the last two years. Bet Bryson to win at 14-to-1!

Great news from Major League Baseball this week as it finally announced a plan to return to play with players reporting for “spring” training by July 1, leading up to a proposed 60-game regular-season schedule that will begin on July 23 and 24.

The news is welcome here at Harry Bondi Sports since our Chief Baseball Handicapper Frank Drake has spent the last few months in quarantine pouring over stats, trends, free agents signings and rookie potential and is more ready for this baseball season to start than any other year! Offshore sportsbooks have already started to post shortened season wins totals and we’re ready to start going to the window.

Back in May in a Bondi Blog article, Frank leaked one of the teams he is going against this season, and below is another as he explains why the St. Louis Cardinals are overrated:

“The Cardinals won 91 games last year, but their front office was asleep all offseason and did nothing to improve the roster. Yes, Paul Goldschmidt is a key cog that remains a potent No.3 hitter,  but the rest of the lineup has some aging players (Matt Carpenter, Yadier Molina) that are due for a down year.  In 2019, seven of the league’s top eight home run hitting teams made the playoffs. The Cards ranked in the bottom third of the league in home runs and will once again have zero pop in the lineup. As for the starting rotation, I’m not buying Jack Flaherty as an elite No. 1 nor should Carlos Martinez be depended on to be a No. 2. And while Dakota Hudson had a nice season in 2019 with 16 wins, the stats show he was very fortunate and his struggles at times to throw strikes in tight spots will come back and bite him this year. And there’s no way dinosaur Adam Wainwright will be able to duplicate his success from last year, even with less strain on his arm. We see a number of 32.5 wins offshore for the Cards and will gladly go under.”

While the owners and players were acting like they were trying to lose fans and bury the sport other sports were dealing with the pandmeic and getting ready to come back and play as safely as possible.

The NBA is set to return July 30, college football and the NFL are scheduled to open on time. Yes, major professional sports teams are coming back and we’re ready to rock n roll and make BIG MONEYStay safe and healthy!
